Each Trophehouse item is produced individually upon order.
This is intentional.
Processing Time
Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
During releases or high-volume periods, production may extend slightly.
Shipping Time
After production, standard U.S. shipping typically requires 3–7 business days depending on location.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Trophehouse is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Delivery Delays
Once an order is in transit, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or transit interruptions.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we will review the claim.
Limited & Pre-Order Releases
Certain issued items may operate on extended production timelines.
If applicable, production windows will be clearly stated on the product page.
