Returns & Product Issues

 

Trophehouse items are produced individually upon order. We ask that purchases are made intentionally.

Authorized returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Garments must remain unworn and in original condition.


Order Changes

 

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at: Trophehousecollection7@gmail.com


Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved claims will receive a replacement at no cost.


Sizing

 

All sizing details are provided before purchase.

We recommend reviewing measurements carefully prior to ordering. 

Because items are produced on demand, we do not offer returns for incorrect size selection.


General Returns

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or incorrect sizing.

 


Limited Releases

Limited releases may be marked final sale and are not eligible for replacement beyond defect claims.
